My husband and I both attended and are inspired to continue with this new hobby. We gained a great overview of sewing machines and basic sewing and we both enjoyed the challenge of making our first garment. We found Christine to be very hospitable person, and she is a very good teacher, I recommend her beginners course if you have never sewed before.

100% recommend this course! The best 2 days. All learning was at a great pace and explained well with lots of tips & tricks. The learning material given was amazing and going to be so valuable to refer to in the future. So amazing to see the top I created at the end and my workmates have been very impressed with my top.

Christine explained everything clearly, the course length was just right over 2 days, I thoroughly enjoyed it and left with a completed top.

For me, this course has given me the motivation and inspiration to go out on my own and thats why it’s 5 star in my opinion! It’s a really great overview, I found most useful pattern- reading and discussing the different types of machines. It was great to understand garment construction.

Going forward, may I suggest half-day workshops- Overlocker, alterations, techniques etc. Where maybe you can just spend time discussing and practicing rather than come away with a garment.
